Elia’s experience as a Business Owner, Project Manager, Superintendent, Contract Administrator, Tenancy Coordinator and Designer covers Retail Developments, Commercial Developments, Hospitality Projects, Industrial Sites, Educational Developments, Institutional Projects, Corporate Commercial Fit-Outs, Resorts and Hotels, Aquatic Facilities and Heritage Projects.
Elia is hands on. Elia believes in an open, flexible and collaborative approach to management.
Elia knows how to keep teams motivated day and night, especially when trying to complete time sensitive projects; Even if that means hand-delivering her famous homemade lasagna to site.
